When I put on this extender for the first time, quite pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt. Some of the other stretchers I've tried were equipped with the silicone noose, which would pinch the penis to cause quite a bit of discomfort (even to the point of pain) as well as cut off the flow of blood to the penis. This is not true for the X4 penis extender, which is equipped with a memory foam cylinder which surrounds the penis and cushions it nicely. A comfort strap then wraps around this memory foam tube and secures it to the extender. This design effectively spreads out the stress over a large area of the penis, making it way more comfortable to wear than the silicone noose design. In fact, this extender is so comfortable to wear that I would sometimes forget that I was wearing it.

My only regret is not having used this device earlier - or else I would for sure have reached my target length earlier than I did. I believed that you get what you pay for, and therefore presumed incorrectly that the X4 Labs extender must not work as well as the more costly extenders - what a wrong assumption that was!
